NJ.COM -- A humpback whale has been found dead along the shoreline of the Cohansey River in Cumberland County.
Ed Hymer is my kind of people. His buddy tells him about a dead whale in the river and he immediately grabs his girlfriend and dog and makes a date of it. "It's neat to see, but sad to see such an animal dead," Hymer said Monday. "I just couldn't believe how big it was. It was just huge" That's a man who is not sad to see a dead animal at all but knows he has to say he is sad about it for social norms.
As far as this whale goes, what a sad sack of shit. Don't think this whale could have gotten any more lost. I did some investigative journalism to show you just how lost this thing got.
I don't see how a hurt flipper affects your sense of direction. If you're a whale you should probably know the difference between the ocean and a river. But I'm no whale expert.
